Terms and Conditions

  1. Any new lead will have 30 days of lead validity from the date of lead registered (Both Marketing & CP).
  2. After 30 days of lead validity if the lead is still active in the system credit will not be given to CP's.
  3. After 30 days if the lead is under lost/unqualified stage the first re-engagement will be taken into consideration (either CP/Marketing or Manual lead re-engagement through WhatsApp).
  4. In case of Primary and Secondary Leads (the secondary lead will be merged under the primary lead (based on date of lead first received) and source credit (either CP/Marketing) will be decided based on efforts.
  5. A lead can be accompanied by the CP for their own lead, provided it is within its 30-day unique validity, without requiring any acknowledgment from Nu-Tech.
  6. After 30 days any CP-to-CP lead (Except Qualified Prospect / Opportunity) can get ASV by CP subject to CP Head Approval.
  7. If in case Lead Got reengaged after 30 days with Marketing team, can give ASV if the lead is Incoming (after 8 days) / Unqualified and vice versa.

By engaging with a Channel Partner, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agree that the Company is not liable for any claims arising from their interaction with said Channel Partner.
